Our CLSP classic, cocoa butter substitutes (CBS) have become an international industry standard. CLSP lauric coating fats provide quick meltdown to coatings that do not contain cocoa butter and only a limited amount of cocoa powder. The compatibility with cocoa butter is limited to a maximum of 5%, calculated on the fat phase.

The fats in our CLSP range provide an outstandingly cool and clean melt, while allowing easy processing, including fast and uniform crystallization. They are easy to use, providing great eating characteristics at the best value for money.
